Meet Lauren

Director (Lead Physio)

My name is Lauren, a mum of one, a friend, a partner and an active fitness fanatic. I knew I wanted to pursue Physiotherapy in my younger competitive dancing years. I competed locally & internationally for 18 years. Inspired by my own two Physios (David Close & Dean Rhodes), I became fascinated with human anatomy, understanding how my body works and how I came to recover from niggles and injuries and ultimately perform beyond my expectations in dancing. I have danced, swam, been into strength training. I now do CrossFit and run half marathons for fun.

So I bridge the gap between an athlete who has been there and a health practitioner who can provide the toolset and knowledge to help you recover & continue performing or doing what you love.
